In 1805 law required registration of marriages with the clerk of tyhe local district court. In 1867 an additional law required the counties to send copies to the Office of the State Registrar and these extracts come from the latter's records. There is usually more information than presented here.
I have not included marriages where the maiden name of the mother of the bride or groom is Foskett/Fosgate.
