The Will and Testament of Thomas Foskett of Cople 21 Apr 1841

This is the last will and testament of me Thomas Foskett of Cople in the County of Bedford Shopkeeper.
I appoint my wife Maria (late Maria Randall, widow) sole executrix of my Will and I devise and bequeath all the real and personal estate to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my said wife absolutely but as to estates vested in me as trustee or mortgagee subject to the equities affecting the same respectively.
I revoke all other Wills by me made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 21 day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one.
