1716 Living in Harrow, as in that year in the session papers of the Middlesex Quarter Sessions, he appears in case of: Dunton, Bucks vs Harrow on the Hill. The case concerns an appeal by the parish of Dunton against a decision to remove Benjamin, his wife and children from Harrow to Dunton 11th Jan 1715/6, considered to be his parish of settlement. He had been a servant there to a Mr Duncombe. The case was upheld and the original removal order quashed.
