Will of George Fosket of Water Eaton Proved Arch Bucks 08 Dec 1680

In the name of God Amen I George Foskett the elder of Water Eaton in the county of Bucks, yeoman, being in good health of body and of sound mind and memory praised be Almighty God therefore do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner following, that is to say..
First and principally above all of the things, I commend my soul into the hands of Almighty God my maker hoping to be saved in and through the merits of Jesus Christ my saviour and redeemer and considering my worldly estate I dispose thereof as followeth:-
I give and bequeath unto George Foskett my son one shilling.
I give and bequeath unto Richard Fowler my son in law and to Mary his wife my daughter one shilling apiece.
All the rest and residue of my goods and chattels and cattles whatsoever, my debts being paid if I owe any, my funeral accounts discharged, I give and bequesth unto Henry Foskett and John Foskett my sons whom I do make and ordain my full and sole executors of this my last will and testament and I hereby revoke and make void all former and other wills by me made and do declare this to be my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of November in the thirtieth year of the reign of our now sovereign Lord King Charles the second over England and Anno Dm 1679
