Mon 25 Oct 1406: William Foxcote obstructed a watercourse at Byggewell lake ad noc', ordered to remedy by next [court], pain 12d.
Fri 12 Apr 1409: William Foxcote one of the jurors at the manor court.
12 Dec 1409: William Foxcote, aletaster and also fined 2d for breaking the assize of ale on one occasion. At the same court: . Sara the widow of John Baynard, Alice the widow of ?Ralph (Rad'lo) ?Ricard and Emma the widow of Walter Haukyn did not come to pay a fine for licence to lease the dowers falling to them within the lordship by villein tenure after the deaths of their husbands, for which they were given a day at the last [court]. The reeve ordered to answer to the lord for the profits ? until they wish to ?pay (d'no quousque ?gratis facte voluerunt). It was proved to the court that Sara leased her dower to John Baynard for 4s pa, Alice hers to William Foxcote for 4s pa, and Emma hers to John Haukyn for 5s 8d pa, and the reeve will be charged with these in his next account etc.

Isabel his widow seeks to be admitted by a fine previously paid by her husband and produces as evidence a copy sufficiently evidencing that and according with the court roll. She was admitted, did fealty, and acknowledged that she held from the lord by the old services for the term of her life.
