Enlisted in the Rifle Brigade 08 Apr 1892 (re-enlistment, previous service in 2nd East Kent).
Stationed in Ireland.
Charged, tried and imprisoned by Civilian courts on two occasions, each time for obtaining goods by false pretences.
Dismissed from the army 23 Feb 1894
