(9th Foot) The Norfolk Regt., 2nd son of the late Robert Foskett by his wife Emily Annie (now wife of Henry Adams, of 34 Palmerston Rd, Northampton), dau of George Harley; b Turvey, Co Bedford; educ Church of England School, Cranfield; was a baker; enlisted in the Norfolk Regt, 15 Jan 1917; served with the Expeditionary Force in France from 7 May, and died at No 5 General Hospital, Rouen, 30 Oct. following, of wounds received in action on the 9th of that month. Buried in St Sever Cemetery, Rouen; unmarried.
