Emigrated to Canada before 1861, as eldest son born in Canada.
In 1880 living in Ste Mary's Ward, Montreal, Canada with wife and 10 children, name spelt Fosket.
Travelled to USA in 1909 to visit daughter. Also in Jul 1912, having been rejected for entry in June of that year.
In 1910 living in Seneca, Fostoria, Ohio.
His death certificate gives a year of birth of 1832.
