Notes for: Ezra FOSKETT

1851 Living in parental home in Odell.
Ezra was charged with stealing clothing and sent for Trial on 01 Jul 1863. He was found guilty and sentenced to 3 years transportation and penal servitude. On 13 Aug 1863 he was transferred from Bedford Gaol to Millbank to await transportation.
Ezra is missing from the 1881 Census but appears in the 1901 census, so it is likely that he remained in Australia for several years after his sentence was served.
