He brought his family to Ware, Ma. by Mar 1755. His father-in-law was already living there.
He was chosen assessor on 4 Mar 1755 & on 4 Mar1776 he was made a member of the "Comity of Corespondence & Safty".
He operated a tavern on Palmer Rd. in Ware, Mass. which he willed to his children.
