In his will, dated 03 Apr 1841, he mentions his wife Mary, sons Eli and Oliver, daughter Sarah Davis and granddaughter Martha An Brooks.
To heirs of my daughter Clarissa Clark, namely William Clark Jr, John Clark, Sarah Dodge.
Remainder of estate to be divided between son Eli and his 3 sisters: Polly Sawyer, Dorothy Kelley and Sophronia Davis, the latter being absent for a number of years.
