He married secondly to Rebecca Farnum of Peterborough in 1853 by whom he had 1 daughter Mary T Johnson born 11 Sep, died 22 Sep 1859.
He lived in Jaffrey until 1855 when he went to Peterborough as a mill overseer. On his death his second wife Rebecca married Elijah A Robbins of Peterborough.
