Bessie (or Betsey) was adopted 04 Feb 1868 by Sewell and Nancy Lemon. (Massachussets Name Changes). She was resident at Webster, MA at the time of the adoption and changed her name from Betsey Adams to Sarah Betsey Lemon.
She married secondly at Chicopee, MA on 11 Mar 1918 to Walter J Burby.
