Living with her brother in law Augustus in 1900 census for Wayne Co. She was called Catherine in this census and said she was born in CA.
From a Palmyra Newspaper: Mrs E D C Foskett returns from Utica where she attended the funeral of her brother-in-law Edwin Daniel Comstock 19 Aug 1892.
She and Mrs Comstock were sisters. (Edwin Comstock married Helen Goodrich.) Kate lived with her father-in-law Orrin from 1865-1875.
Age 75years 1 month and 11 days at death.
