Notes for: Ralph Claude WILLARD

He graduated at Hobart College, AB, 1904. Took post graduate work at Cornell University (AM 1905) and was the secon "Rhodes Scholar" from NY at Oxford University, England. (BA 1908). He was a teacher in the Ethical Culture School in NY City.
