Notes for: Willis Edmund CROUCH

He had spinal meningitis as a child, leaving him with emotional problems. At the age of 16 the courts placed the other children in foster homes but because of his age he must fend for himself. He joined the service but was given a medical discharge. He spent many years in and out of UA hospitals until he was released into the care of his brother Guy Crouch. IN 1992 he resided with Guy in San Francisco.
