Enoch came to Marlborough, NH in June 1797 having been appointed guardian of his brother Robert who but a short time previous had purchased the farm now owned by Augustus Southwick; had commenced to erect new buildings thereon, but had become insane and d. 1815. Enoch took possession of his brother's farm
which he occupied until 1833 when he sold to son Samuel.
