Notes for: Samuel Waters FOSKETT

He was a teacher, photographer and carpenter. He moved to Webster, MA in 1869 and built a house there. In 1888 he removed to Worcester, MA. He was a Republican and a member of Trinity Methodist Episcopal Church.
