Worcester County, Mass. Deeds Book 82, page 572, shows an agreement of the heirs of John Foskett of Bolton dated 15 Sep 1780 and is as follows:
Daughter Phebe, wife of John Brown of Marlboro to have homeplace and provide for widow.
Son John has 22 acres of land in Westminster, Mass.
Eldest daughter Elizabeth to receive of John Brown £40.
Daughter Lydia, wife of Philip Coolege, £40 and 100 acres & 40 rods where they now dwell in Bolton.
Daughter Susanna, wife of James Stone, £40
Daughter Bathsheba, wife of Beriah Oakes £40
Youngest daughter Zibia Foskett £40.
Our mother to have all the household stuff.
John lived at Hog Swamp near the Berlin-Hudson line.
