He married secondly on 28 July 1864 to Lucy Bethiah Day who was born 18 Sep 1835 in Royaston, MA and died there 24 May 1888. She was the daughter of Ira and Lydia (Allen) Day. They had 8 children. (History of Sullivan, NH).
