Frank moved to St Joseph Co at the age of 24. He spent 8 years farming and ranching and then went to St Clair, MO. About 1902 he returned to St Joseph Co, where in 1904 he purschased his farm of about 100 acres in Green Twp., St Joseph Co., IN. He was a Democrat.
