Notes for: Oliver FOSGATE
Oliver, with wife Lucy and son Charles O aged 10 were living in Berlin in the 1850 census. He lived on the place which in 1895 was owned by Willis Rice.
In his will he left his widow Lucy H Fosgate and only child Charles O Fosgate of Hudson. He left Charles some money, a watch and a piano. He ordered all his estate, real and personal, to be sold and the proceeds given to his wife Lucy. He died of consumption.
