He was unmarried when he died, aged 79 years, 11 months, 29 days.
It is assumed that Moses is a child of this family because there were only
two Fosgate families in Winchester at the time: Robert and Joel. However
Joel had a child born around this time so it is assumed that Moses' father is
Robert. He is found in 1860 census at Winchester, NH aged 37.
