Resided near the South Bolton depot, just in Hudson. He was engaged in the wood and lumber business in 1895.
Marshall is in the 1900 Bolton Census with wife Ella, daughter Joy (aged 6, born Dec 1894) and his father John, a widower. He had had 3 children by 1900 but only 1 was living.
Marshall was judged insane in later life.
