James was in Augusta, Oneida Co., in 1800 and 1810.
In Wayne Co, Lyons, NY in 1820.
He then lived with son Daniel who went to Wyoming Co., NY He had earlier (1790) lived in Bennington, VT.
On 04 Nov 1823, James Fosket of Lyons bought land (being part of subdivision of lot #91 in township #12) lot #33 & #53 in Newark (with premises) for $65 from Joseph Miller of Lyons. James sold this to Alexander E Fosket 20 Aug 1824 for the same amount.
Aged 83 years at death.
