22 May 1828: James Foskett Jr of Arcadia bought from James and Sally Tinney of Palmyra a parcel of land in Palmyra, part of lot #15, township #12, containing 26.5 acres (and premises) for $662.50.

25 Sep 1828: Mary Tinney of Newfane, Niagara Co., NY sold to James Fosket of Palmyra land in Palmyra (a part of lot #15, in township 12) containing 26.5 acres (and premises) for $400. The same parcel of land as the above entry.

03 Oct 1828: James Fosket, Jr and wife Lura of Palmyra sold to William Osband of Marion for $662.50 land in Palmyra, part of lot 15, range 1, township 12. 26.5 acres.

In Paris, Oneida Co, NY in 1810 and 1820. In Arcadia 22 May 1828. Resided New Hartford, CT, Palmyra and Bridgewater, NY.

Died of consumption.
