26 Jun 1824: John Foskett of Ontario bought land in Ontario, part of lot #16, containing 16 acres 114 rods for $200 from George Smith of Ontario.
21 Dec 1825: John Foskett of Lyons bought land in SW part of township 12 in Lyons 37 1/2 acres in NE corner of lot for $150 from Daniel Cathcart (Lord Alloway) and Masterton Ure.
Mar 1827: John and Hannah Foskitt of Arcadia sold to Selah Austin for $200 land in Township 12 in SW quarter, Range 1 (SE part of lot 78) 1 acre 27 and 1/10 rods.
01 Apr 1839 John Foskett and wife Hannah of Arcadia sold to Benjamin Green of Arcadia for $1556 land in township 12, range 1, a subdivision of lot 83 south of Mud Creek in Arcadia. 38 and 79/100 acres (surveyed 27 Jul 1838)
07 Oct 1840: John Fosket of Deer GRove, Cook Co, IL, sold to Esbon Blackmar of Arcadia for $50 parcel of land in Arcadia ( bounded on N by land owned by A E Lathrop, E by land owned by Esbon Blackmar and Henry F Hilmer, S by land owned formerly by Benjamin Green and W by land owned by John Gillespie. 38 acres. Sealed and delivered in presence of Milton FOSKET.
