Living in Worcester in 1800, in Leominster, Worcester in 1810 and Westminster in 1840 and 1850.
Daniel's will was made 27 Sep 1852 and filed 04 Sep 1855. He gave everything to his son John except his wearing apparel on condition that he provide good and comfortable support for his beloved wife Lucinda. Wearing apparel to be divided among all our sons. All other children have had their full share of the estate. Sons: John of Westminster, Asaph of Gardiner, Willard of Gardner. (latter, a grandson, son of Simon?)
Age 83 at death.
1820 census Westminster.
Males: 3 under 10; 1 10-16; 1 26-45.
Females: 1 10-16; 1 45 + over.
