Howard was of East Windsor at time of 2nd marriage.
On 01 May 1836 Howard & Hannah Foskitt and daughter Almeda were received by letter of recommendation from the church in Ogawam Parish in West Springfield, MA, signed R S Hazen, Pastor (From Enfield Church Records)
Howard and both wives are buried in Enfield, CT Cemetery,

Howard's will was dated 14 Mar 1845, presented 14 Apr 1845. In the will there is mention of his wife Rebecca, son Danford and grandson James Howard Terry. The Executor was Ephraim Potter and the witnesses: Louisa A Pease, Calvin Terry and Akaliad Johnson.

In 1810 Census for Stafford, CT: 1 male 16-26 and 1 female 16-26.
In 1820 census for Wilhambram: 2 males and 1 female under 10 and 1 male and 1 female 16-26.
In 1830 Census for West Springfield: 2 males and 1 female 15-20, 1 male 20-20 and 1 male and 1 female 40-50.

He died age 59 of consumption.
