Notes for: Darius FOSKETT

1860 Census for Templeton: Darius and Mary.
1870 Census for Athol: Darius age 42, Mary P age 41 and Viola M age 6.
Mary was administrator of Darius's estate in Jan 1878. His next of kin was stated as Mary Viola Foskett, daughter aged 14 years. Willard Foskett and J F Whitcomb signed the bond. His widow, Mary, had no property in her own right and no means of support. Money had to be raised by sale of real estate (1.5 story home and land in Grove St, Athol) to pay debts. No charge for adm.
