His next of kin were listed as: His daughter Lucy Abbie Clement, wife of Sylvander Clement, now of Troy, NH; his mother Louisa Foskett; his adopted grandson Charles Cross and his adopted grand-daughter Flora Byam. (The latter two of South Royalston).
