Died in his 80th year at death.
On 19 Jul 1785 a quitclaim deed was given to Jonathan Dodge of Beverly, MA by Israel Munnm Ephraim Foskett and his wife Louisa, John Ferro Jr and wife Susanna for consideration of £25 all claims and demands descended to them through Ruth Munn, wife of Nathaniel Munn.

Ephraim served as a private in the American Revolution from Berkshire, MA. He enlisted to service on the last of May or First of June 1776 in Capt. Stephens Dewey's Company, Colonel Smith's Regiment, General Fellow's Brigade. (Capt Dewey was from Sheffield, MA. He was in the battle of White Plains, became sick and discharged. Afterwards he entered Capt. Ebenezer Bement's Company. About June 1777 he enlisted with Capt. Zenas Wheeler and marched to Fort George to join Capt. Nixon's Brigade.He also served two other engagements; two months with Capt. Bookins of New Marlboro and 6 or 8 weeks with Capt. Langdon of Tyringham.
